Video transcript: For me, coming into this internship, I knew there were certain skills that I had to channel communication, bounce backs from failures. You know, how I navigate through that sort of personal connection as well. But these are just terms that I knew, I didn't know how these were applied and how Gen Z Coach came into my experience was they sort of gave me that training of how I can actually incorporate these values into my day to day life, how I can develop as a person and as a result perform much better in my internship both socially and professionally. So when I first joined the internship, I was watching. I don't know what to expect. It's a very stark transition to go from uni to such a strict corporate environment. And I just felt lost at times. I felt a bit anxious. I wasn't sure how to build my essential skills that, let's be honest, uni and school don't really prepare you that well. So it was just great to have these very personal one to one sessions and group sessions once a week and establish the bonds between all of us and really improving our communication presentation and streaming. One of the most unexpected ways Gen Z Coach helped me was just having you guys as role models. The way you guys communicate has just like rubbed off on me in a way which I've just unconsciously taken on these like behaviors without even realizing it and just applied it to all parts of my life. And that's something I've been really grateful for. And genuinely the way Gen Z Coach will help people differs person to person, but there's always some, I find always something. Each person who's gone on this journey with me, the other interns, they always pick up something which they find really valuable. So coming into this internship, it was my first corporate experience and I didn't know the skills that I was going to need and I wasn't sure what it's going to be like. But having that support and having those coaching sessions and helping the skills that I need, for example, how to communicate with people, getting to know my colleagues and the interns that are here and getting to know knowing the more that has really helped with like integrating into the environment here and being open with the people that I know and making closer relationships and friendships with people. And what I found starting my internship was I thought I might struggle connecting with my older co workers and it was quite refreshing to have a younger group of people come in and just like take me in and coach me and then on to add on to that is coaching key life skills. And I'm quite happy to have met Patrick and his experience is like quite shaped the way I'm thinking. And the thing I'll recommend the most are the one to one coaching sessions where you go in with Patrick for a session and generally it feels like I've improved the way I'm thinking. I unlocked my beliefs. I really am true to and I can't thank enough Gen Z coaching, thank you.
