Why were you looking for a testimonial tool?

I'd been looking for an advanced testimonial tool for AudioPen, and Senja seemed like a good bet.

Before using Senja, I didn't have a testimonial widget that I could customize on each page of my website. As a result, I'd only showcase testimonials on a dedicated page. Now, I display them everywhere.

Without a dedicated testimonial tool, using testimonials across your site can be difficult. It gets even harder when you need to manually find relevant testimonials for dozens of marketing pages on your website. Senja makes it easy to share your testimonials at scale.

How do you currently collect testimonials and how often do you collect testimonials?

Currently, I have a link within the website for people to leave a testimonial. I also collect social proof from Twitter, LinkedIn, and Product Hunt by importing it into Senja.

How are you using Senja to get more sales and increase conversion?

Besides using Senja on the AudioPen home page, I also use a differently-themed testimonial widget on the upgrade page. This helps in boosting the conversion rate from free to paid accounts. I haven't measured it, but I'm pretty sure I've seen an increase in conversion.

I also love Senja's image creation tool. I use it to create shareable images of testimonials I've received. The best part about these is that they allow me to upload custom backgrounds which helps maintain brand consistency.
