Why were you looking for a testimonial tool?

I found Senja through X around 6 months ago. We have more than 5products at MakerBox.club, so it was hard to collect all the testimonials manually. Senja helps with that.

What's your testimonial collection process with Senja?

We have an email sequence, where our customers can get a gift after sending a testimonial.

We use a Senja testimonial form, so the process is 100% automated. Perfect time-saver.

We've collected around 160 testimonial so far from X, Product Hunt, and emails.

Regularly we collect about 5-10 per month, but we collect many more when we launch something.

What are your top tips for collecting more testimonials?

Before creating an email sequence, we used to send one-time emails to our customer base. It was far less effective than the current approach.

So, I recommend automating the process as soon as possible. All you need is an email sequence, a Senja form, and a product to collect for.

Now, after a purchase, we automate an email where we collect feedback in exchange for a small gift. We use Kit to automate this.
